Job description

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive end-to-end recruitment while also acting as an HR Business Partner to support business leaders in aligning people’s practices with organizational goals. The role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition, along with the ability to partner with business teams on HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, and performance management.

Recruitment

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps, client deliverables, and growth plan
• Plan & Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products & Services business lines.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
• Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices.

HR Business Partnering

• Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
• Define company-wide KRAs and drive the performance management process end to end.
• Manage org structure and org charts to ensure role clarity and scalability.
• Lead resource planning, utilization, and workforce optimization.
• Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline readiness.
• Govern Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) with fairness and rigor.
• Prepare and present HR MIS reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support talent reviews, employee engagement, retention, and grievance management.

Education, Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment & HR, with strong exposure to Quality hirings.
• Proven track record of handling high numbers of hiring and stakeholder management.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
• Strong MS Office skills required; advanced Excel proficiency is a must (MIS, data analysis, dashboards).

Working Days: Monday to Friday (10 am to 7pm) & Work from Office
