Job summary

The Millennium School in India seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Warehouse to lead end-to-end supply chain, inventory, warehouse, logistics and distribution operations across India.

You will drive demand planning, optimise stock, manage 3PL partners and build SOPs, MIS and KPIs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse / Inventory / Distribution.
• Strong experience in demand planning, inventory optimisation, 3PL and vendor management.
• Experience managing multi-location/pan-India operations and large SKU portfolios.
• Preschool or School industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand planning, SKU-wise inventory planning and supply chain operations.
• Optimise inventory and minimise stock-outs, excess, ageing and obsolete stock.
• Manage warehouse operations including GRN, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, OTIF fulfilment and timely pan-India distribution.
• Manage 3PL, logistics and vendor partners and optimise operational/freight costs.
• Establish SOPs, SLAs, MIS and KPIs to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead stock audits, reconciliation and inventory ageing analysis.
• Drive cost optimisation, process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Academic/R&D and Technology teams.
• Lead and develop high-performing supply chain and warehouse teams.
