Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Manager Strategic Theme Engagement Manager to translate strategic ambitions into scalable Digital Manufacturing Solutions for Autonomous Factory initiatives. • Own and steer the AF@BE Strategic Theme, portfolio, and investment priorities.
• Drive cross-site transformation initiatives that standardise and scale Autonomous Factory capabilities.
• Guide delivery through the Digital Manufacturing Solutions SAFe operating model, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution.
• Provide executive insights and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Build stakeholder commitment and enable adoption of future manufacturing operating models.
• Foster collaboration and best‑practice sharing across the global Backend network.

• Shape the Strategic Theme of Digital Manufacturing Solutions for Autonomous Factory @ Backend (AF@BE) by translating strategic ambitions into scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes
• Bridge Backend Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing Solutions to maximise business value and execution speed
• Own and steer the AF@BE Strategic Theme, portfolio, and investment priorities
• Drive cross-site transformation initiatives that standardise and scale Autonomous Factory capabilities
• Guide delivery through the Digital Manufacturing Solutions SAFe operating model, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution
• Provide executive insights and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making
• Build stakeholder commitment and enable adoption of future manufacturing operating models
• Foster collaboration and best‑practice sharing across the global Backend network
• Identify and mature autonomous factory opportunities that create sustainable business value

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred
• Experience 5+ years of experience in one or more of: Semiconductor manufacturing / Factory automation Smart manufacturing / Digital transformation / Operational excellence / Program management / Manufacturing IT / OT environments
• Proven experience translating strategy into measurable business outcomes
• Strong in strategic leadership and strategic thinking
• Experience in long‑term vision and business alignment
• Strong Enterprise mindset and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration, program management, portfolio management, and risk management
• Possess strong analytical thinking and structured execution
