Job summary

Eazy ERP is rapidly scaling its education platform in India, leading an SEO-driven growth strategy for 1M+ pages. You will own keyword strategy, site architecture, and schema markup, coordinating with product and engineering to enhance crawlability and Core Web Vitals.

You will direct content strategy for blogs, program pages, and category hubs, aligning with user intent and regional search trends, while tracking organic KPIs with GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs to drive continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• Lead a cross-functional SEO team to execute technical, content, and off-page strategies across a 1M+ page education platform.
• Own keyword strategy, site architecture, and schema markup to boost organic traffic and SERP rankings for high-intent student queries.
• Partner with product and engineering to implement crawler-friendly designs, optimize Core Web Vitals, and fix technical SEO bottlenecks.
• Direct content strategy for blog, program pages, and category hubs - aligning with user intent and regional search trends.
• Track, analyze, and report on organic KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions) using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and internal BI tools.
• Build competitive intelligence dashboards to benchmark against top education brands and identify content and backlink opportunities.
