Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Associate Manager / Manager of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to lead our SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve our search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring our educational offerings reach a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage a robust SEO strategy aligned with business goals to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings across all target markets.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content creation, optimization, and link building.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits, providing actionable recommendations for website optimization, technical SEO enhancements, and content improvements.
• Oversee and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative sources.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing efforts and website development.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
