Job summary

Paytm Noida is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to own collections for EMI affordability with brand partners such as Samsung, Vivo and others. The role covers reconciliation with Finance, MIS reporting, invoicing, payment tracking and collection, working with Finance, Sales, Product, Tech & Ops and brand teams.

The incumbent will coordinate monthly reconciliation across multiple brands, raise accurate invoices post-closure, monitor aging, and drive timely collections while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Experience in collections and invoicing processes.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and MIS reporting experience.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Sales and Brand partners.
• GST and basic accounting understanding.
• Hands-on reconciliation and invoicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reconciliation with Finance across brands and ensure items are closed before invoicing.
• Create and maintain brand-wise MIS covering reconciliation, invoicing and collections.
• Coordinate with brands, Sales Managers and Finance to raise accurate invoices after reconciliation.
• Track invoiced, received, pending and aging amounts; follow up on delays.
• Manage multiple brands and timelines in a monthly cycle and escalate issues when needed.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to own collections for our EMI affordability business with brand partners such as Samsung Mobile, Vivo and other leading brands. The role covers the full cycle from monthly reconciliation with Finance, to MIS reporting, invoicing, payment tracking and collection. The person will work closely with internal teams (Finance, Sales Managers, Product, Tech & Ops) and external stakeholders (Brand teams) and must close reconciliation differences quickly so that invoicing and collections are not delayed.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Reconciliation: Coordinate with Finance to complete reconciliation for each brand; identify mismatches and drive them to closure with internal and external stakeholders; ensure reconciliation is signed off before invoicing; maintain records of open items, root causes and resolutions.
• 2. MIS and Reporting: Create and maintain brand-wise MIS covering reconciliation status, invoicing, outstanding amounts and collections; publish periodic MIS to business, Sales and Finance leadership; track receivables ageing, delays and recurring disputes, and flag risks early.
• 3. Invoicing: Coordinate with brands, Sales Managers and Finance to raise accurate, on-time invoices after reconciliation closure; ensure brand and compliance requirements (documentation, approvals, tax details); follow up on invoice acceptance and queries.
• 4. Payment Tracking and Collections: Track brand-wise amounts invoiced, received, pending and ageing; run a structured follow-up process for timely collection; elevate delayed or disputed payments; work with Finance to match receipts against invoices.
• 5. Stakeholder Management: Single point of coordination between Finance, Sales, Business teams and brand partners; build strong relationships with brand counterparts; manage multiple brands and timelines in parallel.
