Job summary

BIBA in Gurugram is seeking a Finance professional focused on collections, MIS, and reconciliations. The role involves managing SAP data, coordinating CMS/EDC services, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in collection accounting or retail finance, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP. Experience with bank reconciliations and payment gateways is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance; CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in collection accounting, MIS, or retail finance
• Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills
• Experience with bank, collection, and CMS/EDC processes and payment gateways
• Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain collection MIS from bank portals, payment gateways, and bank emails.
• Monitor and record receivables; follow up on pending store-wise balances.
• Perform bank, cash, card, and Paytm reconciliations.
• Manage MID & profit centre mapping and master data in SAP.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate CMS & EDC services (installation/uninstallation).
• Process customer refunds and employee recoveries.
• Prepare monthly provisions for expenses (MDR, EDC rental, CMS pickup charges).
• Analyze bank charges and maintain trackers.
• Prepare store-wise collection outstanding reports.
• Coordinate with CA firms and support audit closure.
• Expenses booking related to bank charges, EDC rental, CMS pickup, and professional services.
