Job summary

MassMutual India seeks a senior leader to establish and grow the AI Platform Engineering team, coordinating RPA initiatives and data engineering efforts across the organization. You will bridge R&D and GBS, align with ETX vision, and drive best practices while improving efficiency.

You will mentor managers, oversee budgeting and staffing for the India R&D wing, and champion security awareness and cross-border collaboration with US teams to deliver high-impact projects in a dynamic environment.

• Lead establishing the new AI Platform Engineering team
• Support execution of RPA program, including bot development, and Robotic Operations (ROps) support across the bot portfolio.
• Lead the Data Engineering team in executing projects
• Provide technical leadership and liaisonbetween R&D leadership team and GBS team.
