Job summary

MassMutual India seeks a senior technology leader to establish and head the new AI Platform Engineering team in Hyderabad, drive the RPA program, bot development, and ROps support across the portfolio, and lead data engineering initiatives.

The role provides tech leadership, aligns R&D with GBS, strengthens US-India collaboration, implements best practices, mentors managers, supports budgeting and staffing, and guides performance reviews and compensation planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishing the new AI Platform Engineering team
• Support execution of RPA program, including bot development, and Robotic Operations (ROps) support across the bot portfolio.
• Lead the Data Engineering team in executing projects
• Provide technical leadership and liaison between R&D leadership team and GBS team.
• Ensure close collaboration between US and India in alignment with ETX vision and strategies.
• Implement best practices in collaboration with R&D leadership team.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies and skill gaps to improve India team’s performance.
• Support budget, staffing, and organizational planning for the R&D team in MM India.
• Act as a people leader for the team and provide required support and guidance to teams.
• Coach and mentor first-line managers to grow in their roles.
• Act as escalation point for people-related issues.
• Enhance security awareness across MMI.
