Job summary

MassMutual India is seeking a Senior SRE to own cloud infrastructure and platform initiatives. You will drive cloud-native designs across AWS/GCP/Azure, apply IaC and GitOps practices, and build scalable AI/ML infrastructure for production systems.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams, contributing to ADRs, design docs, and architecture decisions while ensuring governance and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in platform, infrastructure or SRE with 2+ years on cloud infra.
• Hands-on cloud-native architecture across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Ownership of multi-month platform initiatives from design to production.
• IaC and GitOps fluency with Terraform or Pulumi, ArgoCD.
• Experience with AI/ML infra, model serving or inference pipelines.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR in enterprise settings.
• Strong written/spoken communication for ADRs and docs.

Job Description

• 3 to 5 years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE — with at least 2 years focused on cloud infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Familiar in cloud-native architecture: Kubernetes at scale, managed cloud services, networking, identity federation, and multi-tenancy patterns across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-month platform initiatives — you’ve involved from whiteboard to production, managing ambiguity and risk throughout.
• Familiar with IaC and GitOps fluency — Terraform or Pulumi, ArgoCD — with experience standardising platform tooling and deployment patterns across engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure: model serving, inference pipelines, GPU resource management, or LLM integration patterns.
• Ability to understand through technical credibility — in design discussions and alignment, and raising quality Experience in enterprise environments with familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Strong communication — you contribute to the design docs, maintain useful ADRs, and should be able to explain architectural decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
