Job summary

MassMutual India is hiring for an Operations role in Hyderabad. The candidate will handle US Life/Annuity processes with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree (non-technical) and 0–1 year of Operations experience are preferred.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work under pressure, with flexibility for night shifts and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical) required.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Must be details and solutions oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Typing speed should be 30 WPM.
• Flexible for night shifts.
