Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building systems, is seeking a skilled service sales professional to drive new PSA and O&M opportunities and renewals. Based in Gurgaon, you will leverage a broad portfolio to expand our service contracts with existing customers and pursue new opportunities.

You will develop and grow service contracts, ensure timely renewals, deliver revenue, and maintain competitive intelligence while working with cross-functional teams to meet growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in CFS or HVACR service or sales.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational and relationship skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach.

• Develop and grow new service contract opportunities with assigned customers.
• Ensure on-time renewals and optimize sales coverage.

What we are looking for :

To successfully meet Service growth objectives by identifying and selling new PSA and O&M opportunities (along with renewal opportunities) Preferred Educational Level: Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience Experience Required: - 6+ years and above experience in CFS or HVACR industry service or sales function - Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills - Must be a proactive team player

What you will do :

Develop and continuously grow the new service contracts businesses to new and existing customer base assigned. Ensure optimized sales and market coverage. Ensure on time renewal of existing jobs within active period. Actively look for new service agreement opportunities and ensure the retention of our existing customer base through team-working, proactive customer visits and customer relationship building. Deliver revenue and profitability in the area of assigned responsibility. Submitting quotations/proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors’ activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmed Ensure the highest standard of Service Quality are maintained at all times Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, prospects and forecasts. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support the overall service strategic objectives both short and long term Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior or management
