Job summary

Johnson Controls in India is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager – CFS Service Sales to drive service sales across West India for Controls (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Security Systems.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets. You will lead negotiations, manage a strong pipeline (5x target), and ensure timely orders while maintaining internal processes.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engg, Electrical & Electronics or Production Engg.
• 7–15 years in service/project sales for building technologies.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen for complex solutions.
• Proven contract and sales negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead service sales for controls, fire detection, suppression, and security systems.
• Collaborate with Field Operations to define site requirements and proposals.
• Drive negotiations and close orders efficiently.
• Maintain a sales pipeline at 5x target and ensure timely conversions.

Job Summary:

As a Manager/Sr. Manager – CFS Service Sales, you will be responsible for driving service sales across West India for Controls (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Security Systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and grow our service business.

What will you do?

• Lead service sales for systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection (Conventional/Addressable), BMS, Fire Suppression (Gas-based), VESDA, Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, Flap/Boom Barriers, UVSS, IoT, and Parking Management.
• Engage with Field Operations to understand site requirements and prepare cost-effective proposals.
• Drive customer negotiations and close orders efficiently.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x of target) and ensure timely order conversion.
• Comply with internal sales processes and documentation standards.
• Explore new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
