Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in India (Pune) is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager - CFS Service Sales to drive service sales across West India for Controls (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Security Systems.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets. The role requires strong commercial and technical acumen, 7–15 years of experience in service/project sales in building technologies, and proven negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial Engg, Electrical & Electronics, or Production Engg.
• 7-15 years of experience in service/project sales in building technologies.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen; proven contract and sales negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead service sales for systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection (Conventional/Addressable), BMS, Fire Suppression (Gas-based), VESDA, Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, Flap/Boom Barriers, UVSS, IoT, and Parking Management.
• Engage with Field Operations to understand site requirements and prepare cost-effective proposals.
• Drive customer negotiations and close orders efficiently.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x of target) and ensure timely order conversion.
• Comply with internal sales processes and documentation standards.
• Explore new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
