Responsibilities

• Achieve the allotted AOP and sales targets for the region, demonstrating accountability, safety, and integrity.
• Generate sales opportunities for the Johnson Controls HVAC product range tailored to the Data Center Vertical Customer Accounts, ensuring a customer-focused approach while removing obstacles to enhance their experience.
• Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations that articulate the technical aspects of Johnson Controls products, showcasing continuous improvement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Negotiate offers and contract terms, including legal, financial, payment, and other terms, while ensuring adherence to organizational approval matrices.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and architects.
• Conduct market and industry research to gather competitive intelligence and identify potential challenges affecting sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to ensure comprehensive representation of company products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC product sales, with a focus on the data center industry.
• Proficiency in developing Go-To-Market strategies for HVAC products aimed at the Data Center sector.
