Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end facility and infrastructure management.
• Manage AMC contracts, ensuring timely servicing and compliance.

• Lead vendor management including selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Ensure systems operate with minimum downtime.
• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure timelines and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure upgrades and modernization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure seamless functioning of all campus infrastructure and facilities by leading maintenance operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee end-to-end facility and infrastructure management including electrical systems, lifts, HVAC, and civil works.
• Manage and monitor all AMC contracts, ensuring timely servicing and compliance.
• Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance plans.
• Lead vendor management including selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Ensure all systems operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure upgrades and modernization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational requirements and improvements.
