The Senior Manager - Commercial will manage commercial operations, procurement strategy, due diligence, vendor evaluation, price review, contract coordination, and commercial governance at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Pune. This position requires 5–10 years of experience in commercial management, procurement, or vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and procurement-related activities for diagnostic business operations.
• Manage vendor due diligence, commercial evaluation, quotation review, and negotiation support.
• Review contracts, pricing proposals, purchase documents, vendor records, and approval notes.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, accounts, operations, legal, vendors, and management teams.
• Track commercial requirements, pending approvals, cost‑saving opportunities, and vendor performance.
• Maintain commercial files, vendor documentation, pricing records, and procurement reports.
• Support cost optimization, procurement planning, and commercial decision‑making.
• Identify commercial risks, documentation gaps, pricing issues, and vendor concerns.
• Prepare commercial MIS, management reports, and strategy updates.
• Ensure procurement and commercial activities follow company policies and approval processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing, vendor, and business information.
• Ensure transparent, compliant, and efficient commercial operations.
