NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to lead Revenue Cycle Management coding operations in a supervisory role. The candidate will guide a team, ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOPs, and provide ongoing trend analyses to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have extensive coding experience, AAPC certification, and strong communication skills to manage in a dynamic, demanding environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (Medical Coding).
• Strong operations and process management.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in medical coding.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability in changing environments and applying methodologies.
• AAPC coding certification required.
• Proficient with Windows PC applications and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct the team, managing day-to-day activities.
• Provide trend analysis of issues and solutions to customers.
• Maintain SOP adherence by team members.
• Provide monthly performance feedback to team members.
• Provide provider guidance to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Ensure adherence to TAT and SLAs defined by the customer.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend meetings and in-service trainings to enhance coding knowledge.

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

• Expertise in specialties of RAD/ IVR & Anesthesia
• Ensure adherence of coding guidelines within established productivity standards.
• Addressing coding related inquires for providers as needed, U.S. only.
• Attending meetings and in-service training to enhance coding knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials.
• Provide supervision and direction to team and manage their day to day activities.
• Provide trend analysis of issues and solutions to customer.
• Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members.
• Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance.
• Provider guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task.
• Ensure complete adherence to TAT and SLAs as defined by the customer
• Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPAA

Required Skills for this role include:

• 10+ years of experience working on Revenue Cycle Management in Medical Coding.
• Strong Operations and Process Management
• 5 or more years of managerial experience in Coding (medical billing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work in challenging and changing work environment and apply methodologies to best fit solutions.
• Should have AAPC coding certification
• Expertise with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, MS office, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
