Concept Medical Inc. in Surat is seeking a Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead the organization’s IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, IT assets, and end-user support.

The role ensures secure, reliable, and high-availability IT operations while driving ISO 27001 compliance and modernization initiatives. You will oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, cloud, backup, DR, and network security; manage vendors, budgets, and service levels; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15 years of IT experience with 5–7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on ISO 27001 implementation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, backup, DR, and network operations.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and network security.
• Drive cybersecurity, including EDR/XDR, IAM, MFA, DLP, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Lead ISO 27001/ISMS implementation, audits, risk management, and compliance.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, and CMDB.
• Lead IT Helpdesk, end‑user computing, and SLA‑driven support.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and user training.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and service levels.
• Lead and develop infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support teams.
