IT Operations Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Department: Information Technology

Experience: 5–8 years

Compensation: MYR 100,000 – 120,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT operations for the India office. This role will act as the local IT head, managing infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, service delivery, and IT teams while ensuring alignment with global IT and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, including helpdesk, systems, and infrastructure
• Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Google Workspace
• Oversee LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and Fortigate firewall management
• Ensure high availability, security, backups, and disaster recovery
• Enforce cybersecurity policies and ISO 27001 compliance
• Manage vendors, IT procurement, and license renewals
• Collaborate with global IT and security teams
• Monitor performance, risks, and security incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership or senior roles
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Windows & Linux system administration, Active Directory & Group Policy, Google Workspace, network infrastructure & firewalls, endpoint management and IT support
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• ITIL certification
• Experience with Intune, Jamf, SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK)
