JAC Recruitment International is seeking an experienced ERP/MES specialist to manage and support ERP/MES applications across Purchase, Stores, Quality, Manufacturing, Costing, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and maintenance. Manage and support ERP and MES applications/modules across Purchase, Stores, Quality, Manufacturing, Costing, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Maintenance, and other business functions.
Lead ERP/MES implementation, enhancement, integration, and stabilization projects across manufacturing facilities, including integration with shop-floor and OT systems.
Manage MES administration, documentation, change management, system configuration, and manufacturing execution-related activities.
Develop training materials and conduct ERP/MES training for end users, HODs, and management, including assessment of training effectiveness.
Lead IT compliance, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, monitoring, controls, and documentation.
Implement and maintain IT security and compliance controls, including requirements related to ISO 27001 and TISAX.
Handle and support internal and external audits, including ITGC, ITAC, JSOX, and customer audits related to ERP, MES, and other business applications.
Manage and support associated manufacturing IT applications such as Barcode, RFID, Vendor Portal, and Workflow Management systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors for successful execution of IT projects and timely resolution of application-related issues.
Support SQL databases, including queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and application/system integrations.
Ensure business continuity, system availability, data security, compliance, and operational reliability of business-critical manufacturing applications.
Proven experience in ERP/MES implementation and application support within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Experience handling large-scale ERP/MES implementation projects across single or multiple manufacturing plants.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Hands-on exposure to ERP-MES integration and integration with OT/shop-floor systems.
Working knowledge of SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, and system integrations.
Good understanding of IT compliance, security, audit requirements, risk management, and business continuity.
Exposure to ISO 27001, TISAX, ITGC, ITAC, and JSOX requirements/audits would be preferred.
Strong capabilities in project management, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder management.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and end-user training skills.
