We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Manufacturing IT Service Management and Application Management Services (AMS) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manufacturing applications, extensive experience in IT service management, and a proven track record in project management, particularly in rolling out upgraded versions of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across global factory plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Oversee the IT service management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL).
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes for manufacturing applications.
  • Ensure the effective maintenance and support of manufacturing applications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and implement enhancements.
  • Lead the rollout of upgraded MES versions across global factory plants.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in manufacturing IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing manufacturing applications and IT service management.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in rolling out MES upgrades globally.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
