Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced MES Technical Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise-scale Manufacturing Execution System solutions from our Gurgaon location.

The role requires strong expertise in .NET, Oracle, REST APIs, GraphQL, and IBM MQ, with hands-on experience in MES modules like Production Execution, Quality Management, and Traceability.

Qualifications

• Experience with MES architectures and enterprise-scale integrations.
• Strong expertise in .NET, Oracle, REST/GraphQL, and messaging platforms.
• Experience designing integrations with SAP/ERP, WMS, QMS, PLCs, SCADA.
• Knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate manufacturing requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end MES architecture, technical standards, and development guidelines.
• Design scalable and secure MES solutions using .NET, Oracle, REST APIs, GraphQL, Entity Framework.
• Lead technical design and implementation of MES capabilities including Production Execution, Quality Management, Traceability, Genealogy, Order Management, and Shopfloor Integration.
• Architect integrations between MES, SAP/ERP, WMS, QMS, PLCs, SCADA systems, historians, and third-party applications.
• Establish database design standards, performance tuning practices, data integrity controls, and deployment frameworks using Oracle and Entity Framework.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Technical Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Oracle databases, API-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and manufacturing system integrations.
