Job summary

CRE Consultants in Pune, India seeks a lead for industrial and warehouse leasing mandates to drive landlord representation and close mid-to-large ticket transactions across logistics parks and standalone facilities.

You will source and close industrial warehousing leases, build occupier pipelines (3PL, manufacturing, e-commerce), conduct site inspections and benchmarking, negotiate deals, and maintain inventory of Grade A & B stock to hit monthly billing and transaction targets.
