Job summary

ANAROCK is seeking an experienced professional to join its Industrial & Warehouse Leasing team in India. The role focuses on business development, occupier leasing, client relationship management and end-to-end leasing transactions for warehouses, logistics parks and industrial assets.

The ideal candidate will lead negotiations, source exclusive mandates, monitor market trends and drive revenue realization while maintaining strong relationships with occupiers, developers, and asset owners.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Industrial & Warehouse Leasing / Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong network across occupiers, developers, logistics operators, and industrial clients.
• Proven track record of leasing transactions and revenue generation.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new occupier clients for industrial and warehouse leasing mandates.
• Drive market penetration and expand the client portfolio.

Industrial & Warehouse Leasing

• Lead end-to-end leasing transactions for warehouses, logistics parks, and industrial assets.
• Achieve leasing targets through effective deal sourcing and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers and corporate clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.

Developer Relations

• Establish and strengthen relationships with developers, landlords, and asset owners.
• Source quality inventory and secure exclusive leasing mandates.

Commercial Negotiations

• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations between stakeholders.
• Drive transactions to successful closure while maximizing value for all parties.
• Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, vacancy levels, and upcoming supply.
• Prepare market insights and reports to support business growth.

Revenue Achievement

• Meet and exceed assigned revenue and billing targets.
• Ensure timely realization of fees and revenue generation.
