Job summary

Bootminds is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee and transform the HR Shared Services function for operations across India and Saudi Arabia. You will lead end-to-end HR operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure scalable service delivery with strong governance.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in HR, deep experience in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox), and solid knowledge of Indian labour laws.

• Oversee employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Drive HRIS implementation, digital transformation, HR analytics, and process automation.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, particularly Tamil Nadu regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership, the Group CHRO, and KSA HR teams to align HR operations with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, service delivery excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to manage and transform our HR Shared Services function, supporting operations across India and Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR Shared Services and HR Operations.
• Build, scale, and develop a high-performing HRSS team.
• Establish service catalogues, SLAs, TATs, SOPs, RACI matrices, and escalation processes.
• Oversee employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Drive HRIS implementation, digital transformation, HR analytics, and process automation.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, particularly Tamil Nadu regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership, the Group CHRO, and KSA HR teams to align HR operations with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, service delivery excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 20+ years of overall HR experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading HR Shared Services or HR Operations in a GCC, captive centre, or BPO/HRO environment.
• Strong experience in HR service delivery, team leadership, and process governance.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Saudi Arabia / Middle East HR operations.
• Exposure to EPC, Oil & Gas, engineering, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with Tamil Nadu GCC Policy 2023.
