Job summary

Sarovar Hotels is seeking a Regional HR partner to oversee North and East India regions and Nepal, driving leadership hiring, pre-opening recruitment, and manpower management. You will support hotel HR teams with processes, policies, and corporate HR strategies.

The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles, building talent pipelines, guiding employee relations, and ensuring policy compliance across units. Travel across India is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in hotel management or equivalent; MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years HR experience in hospitality; multi-unit role experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in leadership hiring, HR business partnering, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliances.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for unit leadership roles across the region.

About the Role:

To serve as the Regional HR partner for the North and East India regions and Nepal, leading unit leadership recruitment, Pre-opening recruitment, manpower management, supporting hotel HR teams with processes & policies, and driving the implementation of corporate HR strategies and people initiatives across the units.
