Job summary

Michael Page is representing a well-established logistics and distribution company seeking a Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead ERP-driven finance transformation and digitization initiatives.

Based in New Delhi, you will own end-to-end ERP implementation, map finance processes, ensure GST and income tax compliance, manage cash flow and working capital, and oversee budgeting and forecasting with a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 7-10 years of experience.
• Experience in ERP implementation (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements in logistics and distribution.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management.
• Knowledge of import/export accounting, forex transactions and inventory accounting.
• Experience in finance transformation and automation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead finance-led ERP implementation from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents and map end-to-end finance processes.
• Liaise with ERP consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Establish standardized finance workflows, chart of accounts, and control mechanisms within the system.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
• Ensure GST, Income Tax, TDS, and applicable statutory regulations compliance.
• Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monitor receivables, inventory, and cost controls.
