Qualifications

  • Qualified CA with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation.
  • Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll) and month-/year-end closings.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.
  • Provide timely MIS packs with detailed expense analysis.
  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act; coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
  • Partner with operations, procurement, and business teams for informed decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team; drive automation and process improvements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented finance professional to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, cost control, compliance, and business finance activities. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands‑on experience in managing finance operations in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial efficiency.

Qualification - CA with 7 yrs Experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Accounting
    • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing.
    • Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
    • Ensure timely MIS pack sharing and reporting with the MIS team with detailed analysis on expenses.
    • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
    • Ensure timely updates of all Balance Sheet and PL schedules.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance
    • Design and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms.
    • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and tax advisors.
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for vendor payments and procurement cycles.
  • Business Partnering
    • Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams for decision-making and process implementations and adherence.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
    • Establish performance goals and drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel and MIS reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment.
