The role demands 7–12 years of domain experience, strong GST/TDS knowledge, and hands-on use of accounting software, including Tally ERP. The position is based on-site with growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee banking relations, treasury, and daily fund management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the companys accounting, finance, taxation, banking, statutory compliance, receivables, payables, payroll coordination, MIS reporting, and financial controls. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, managing cash flow, and supporting business growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Monitor client receivables and collections.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and credit control activities.
• Manage vendor payments and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, reimbursements, and payment approvals.

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST compliance, return filing, reconciliation, and assessments.
• Handle TDS computation, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.

Banking & Treasury

• Manage banking relationships and daily fund management.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Handle bank reconciliations, payment processing, and treasury activities.
• Coordinate with banks for OD limits, banking facilities, and financial documentation.

Payroll & Financial Controls

• Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and approval processes.
• Monitor expense management and budget adherence.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Present financial performance reports to Management.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
