Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Lead Finance & Accounts Leader to head end-to-end finance operations for a fast-growing, non-consumer organisation. You will oversee accounting, reporting, GST, IT, and TDS, and drive a major SAP FICO transformation across locations.

The successful candidate will have 13–15 years of relevant experience, strong taxation expertise, ERP implementation exposure, and proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with 13-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in taxation, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP FICO.
• Exposure to transfer pricing, international transactions, and FX management.
• Proven ability to independently manage finance operations and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations, including accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive SAP implementation and migration initiatives, including SAP FICO deployment.
• Oversee transfer pricing activities, international invoicing, and foreign exchange management.
• Partner with logistics and finance teams across multiple locations to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals while driving process improvements and controls.
