This position will be responsible for participating in various ethics investigations and also drive other ethics initiatives like trainings, awareness campaigns.
Education - MBA in Finance, Law graduate, MCom, Certified Fraud Examiner with experience of 5-6 years.
Hard Skills - MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point) – very essential, Other Computer Applications (SAP, etc.)/ Data Analysis Tools, Good Writing and Presentation (Very Essential), Knowledge of Regional Languages (Preferable).
Relevant Experience - Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing environment (experience of auto industry will be preferable). Carrying out analysis of data in excel or any analysis tools. Preparing presentations / case summaries for discussion with various stakeholders. Past experience of working in audits / investigation will be added advantage. Knowledge of laws around ethics i.e. bribery & corruption, anti-money laundering, data privacy, financial frauds, etc. and some basics of various factory (manufacturing) relevant laws will be added advantage. Willing to do multi-tasking. Should be ready to travel and relocate.
