Job summary

Me N Moms Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an experienced e-commerce operations professional to manage end-to-end marketplace activities, including product listings, pricing, PPC and inventory management.

The role requires coordinating with marketing, content, operations and customer service to enhance customer experience, meet revenue targets, optimise gross margins per SKU, and drive performance across Amazon and other portals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing online/e-commerce marketplace business on Amazon and other portals.
• Proficient in seller portal operations and vendor portals.
• Responsible for revenue and gross margin targets per SKU.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in catalogue improvement and keyword optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, PPC and inventory.
• Coordinate with marketing, content, operations and customer service to enhance customer experience.
• Plan weekly inventory and ensure stock availability.
• Execute sales strategies and evaluate performance across channels.
• Handle payment reconciliation, deals, coupons, reviews, and A+ content.

Job description

Manage and maintain end to end e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, PPC and inventory management. Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content, operations and customer service

• Experience of managing online /E-Commerce marketplace business for Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Nykaa, BigBasket. Mostly Amazon experience preferred.
• Experience in managing in & out process of Amazon seller panel & RK world vendor portal. Seller flex experience preferred. Experience in managing online operations and online sales.
• Responsible for meeting set revenue and gross margin targets per SKU's.
• Weekly Inventory planning and Managing stock availability.
• Executing sales strategy and evaluating the same across channels.
• Experience in E-commerce payment reconciliation, Deals, Coupons, Reviews & Ratings, A+ Content, Catalogue improvement, Keyword updating.
• Experience in connecting with category SPOC at Ecommerce portals. Good communication skills, strong analytical and excel knowledge. Required only ecommerce background
