• Relationship Management - managing portfolio of donors, develop annual engagement plans and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through program expansion.
• Donor Management - ensure timely reporting and reviews, coordinate donor visits and showcase impact. Address donor concerns proactively.
• Partnership strengthening - work with program and finance team to identify opportunities for scale within existing donor portfolio, program extensions and renewals
• Program Governance - ensure compliance to donor agreements and reporting requirements, monitor progress against commitments, milestones and budget utilization
• Communication - Lead prep of donor reports and impact stories, ensure consistency in communication
