Job summary

Ekagra Talent Partners in Bengaluru seeks a fundraising leader to develop and execute annual and multi-year resource mobilization strategies, building a diversified funding portfolio across CSRs, bilateral agencies and HNIs.

You will manage donor relationships, lead proposal development, budgets and narratives, ensure compliance, and represent the organization in CSR forums. The role collaborates with programme, finance, MEL and communications teams to communicate impact and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years of fundraising experience in an NGO.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising fundraising campaigns.
• Institutional Fundraising & CSR Partnerships.
• Grant Writing & Donor Stewardship.
