Blissclub Fitness Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to manage cash flow, working capital and balance sheet health for a fast-growing Indian D2C apparel brand headquartered in Bengaluru. The role focuses on treasury, close processes and implementing robust financial controls in a scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Flow & Working Capital

• Own treasury, fund planning, collections and working capital to optimise liquidity across all operating units.
• Run rolling cash forecast and a weekly cash and payables review with leaders
• Track working capital KPIs: inventory days, payable days, receivable and advance aging. Own cash realisation from marketplaces, payment gateways and COD partners, with settlements reconciled to orders.
• Manage banking relationships

2. Balance Sheet Health & Book Closure

• Ensure every balance sheet line is supported by a schedule, reconciliation and adequate provisioning; review monthly with leadership.
• Close books with with clean accruals and provisions.
• Own inventory provisioning, GST ITC and refund health, fixed assets and lease accounting. Flag balance sheet risks early, such as aged payables, stuck settlements and unclaimed credits.

3. Build for Scale: Financial Operations & Process Excellence

Strengthen processes, documentation and controls to support growth.

• Build scalable processes for AP, AR, treasury, banking and reconciliations, with SOPs, close calendar and approval matrix.
• Set up payment controls (maker-checker) and Internal Financial Controls.
• Lead implementation of finance systems and reporting tools.
• Oversee vendor payment cycles, run periodic supplier audits, and lead commercial negotiations to optimise costs.

4. Reporting, Audit & Compliance

• Publish monthly investor-grade MIS (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) reconciled to books; support data rooms and due diligence.
• Lead statutory audit closure and coordinate internal audit.
• Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory filings are accurate and timely, with external advisors.

Qualifications:

• CA (mandatory), with 8-10 years of experience.
• Proven ownership of cash flow, working capital and balance sheet health.
