Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales Enablement roles.
• Experience in Life Insurance or BFSI industry.
• Exposure to campaign execution, sales communication, and cross-functional coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns aligned to sales targets and channel needs
• Develop and distribute marketing collaterals (brochures, PPTs, videos, scripts) to support field sales teams
• Plan and manage contests, incentive communications, recognition programs, and events to drive channel motivation
• Monitor performance of marketing initiatives through dashboards, reports, and sales feedback
• Coordinate with external vendors for print, gifting, and event execution.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and receive necessary compliance approvals before rollout.
