Job description

Marketing & Communications - Marketing Operations Analyst I

Profile Summary: We are looking for a Channel Lead to own the end-to-end execution of marketing across every online and offline channel — the execution engine of the Enterprise Marketing Operating System. The role orchestrates content, creative and digital into seamless campaigns, owns national and regional events, and acts as the primary liaison across Marketing, Sales, Service, Product and regional teams. It ensures the plan is deployed on time, on brand and on budget — and that every channel, from the shop floor to the boardroom, is activated and measured.

Work You'll Do
Channel Execution & Campaign Orchestration
  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing activities across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate Content, Creative and Digital teams to plan, execute and follow through on campaigns.
  • Maintain the channel calendar and ensure consistent, on-time deployment of content, creatives, collateral and promotional materials across regions.
Events & Field Marketing
  • Own logistics and execution of national and regional trade fairs (PlastIndia, PlastiVision, IPLAS, PlexConnect, PackPlus), customer and partner meets, webinars, association conferences, plant visits and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Manage booth design and build, merchandise, on-ground staffing and vendor management (fabricators, signage, photo/video, travel).
  • Run pre- and post-event demand campaigns, on-site lead capture and structured follow-up with Sales.
Full-Spectrum Reach
  • Activate the full funnel — CXO roundtables and thought-leadership seminars (top), technical webinars and demo days (middle), and mobile webinars, WhatsApp / SMS and vernacular content (base).
  • Run plant-visit programs and all on-site events (open houses, machine handovers, demos) as part of full-spectrum reach.
  • Tailor channel mix to audience tier and region.
Cross-Functional Liaison & GTM Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, Service, Product and regional teams.
  • Travel to and manage all events is mandatory for this role; coordinate associates' travel, lodging and boarding during events with regional office coordinators and support staff.
  • Align campaign timing to the go-to-market calendar and product launches; ensure Sales handoff and follow-through.
Vendor & Agency Management
  • Manage agencies and vendors at peak load; brief, schedule and quality-check deliverables against the plan.
  • Negotiate and track vendor performance, timelines and costs.
Budget, Logistics & Compliance
  • Track channel-wise spend and activation efficiency; flag reallocation opportunities.
  • Execute all campaigns per the Marketing Campaign Playbook, and conduct trade-show, conference and visit travel per the T&E policy.
  • Prepare and present execution and lead-contribution reports.
Event Performance & ROI Measurement
  • Measure event and channel performance — attendance, footfall and event footfall-to-lead conversion, and webinar/event participation.
  • Track cost efficiency — cost per lead, cost per MQL and cost per SQL — alongside cost per channel activation.
  • Report event and channel ROI — Marketing ROI (leverage), pipeline value, and lead-to-order conversion — in partnership with the Governance & Analytics Lead.
  • Run structured post-event analysis and feed learnings into the next campaign cycle.
Team

The Channel Lead anchors execution discipline for the marketing desk, working hand-in-hand with the Communications Specialist, the Governance & Analytics Lead, the design/creative function, the digital agency and regional office coordinators, and reporting to the Marketing Head. The role is the connective tissue between strategy and on-ground results.

Education Requirements, Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6–8+ years in B2B / industrial marketing with strong channel-execution and events experience.
  • Proven trade-fair and field-marketing execution, including vendor and logistics management at scale.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder-management skills across Sales, Product and Service.
  • Working knowledge of digital channels, martech and lead-capture / CRM handoff.
  • Excellent project-management skills; able to run multiple concurrent campaigns and events.
  • Mandatory willingness and ability to travel to and manage all national and regional events, with associates' travel, lodging and boarding coordinated via regional office coordinators and support staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
