Job summary

Abreast Global in Bengaluru seeks a distribution professional to plan and implement the distribution strategy through existing and new distributor relationships across the region.

The role requires knowledge of equity markets, AIF & PMS, and a focus on regulatory compliance, KYC norms, and customer experiences. You will collaborate with investment, products and operations teams while managing distributor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and implementing distribution strategy through distributor networks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and KYC norms.
• Familiarity with equity markets, AIF & PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors.
• Increase market share and visibility among select key distributors; manage new distributor empanelment.
• Joint calls with distributor RM in a competitive market and assist with documentation.
• Channelize market intelligence to products & Investment team.
• Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor visits, concalls, etc.
• Liaise with Operations & Customer Service to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory framework and brand value; follow KYC norms.
• Complete mandatory certifications and upgradation activities.
• Constant updation on new products & best practices.
• The role incumbent will plan & implement distribution strategy and manage distributor relationships for the region.

2. Increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment.

3. Joint calls with distributor RM in a competitive market and assist them in documentation.

4. Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team.

5. Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor’s visits, concalls, etc.

6. Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.

8. Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements.

9. To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities.

Experience:

– The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region.

– Has managed key distributor relationships with Indian & MNC banks.

– Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of AIF & PMS and equity markets.

– Thorough Knowledge on equity markets.

– Willing to work in an individual contributor role.
