Job summary

MCI India in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced HR leader with 14+ years of hands-on and strategic expertise to own key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with business leaders to strengthen the people agenda, employee experience, and a high-performance culture.

The role covers Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and HR Business Partnering.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of HR experience at strategic or hands-on levels.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives.
• Proven track record in talent management and employee experience.
• Strong change and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in events/experiential/MICE industry preferred.
• Immediate joiners/short-notice candidates preferred.
