About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven HR Manager to independently manage core HR functions with a strong focus on Performance Management/Appraisals and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle, driving people-related initiatives, and supporting business objectives in a fast-paced and growing organization.

This role requires hands‑on ownership of HR operations, stakeholder management, and strategic HR planning.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including goal setting, reviews, and evaluation outcomes
• Drive appraisal‑linked actions such as increments, promotions, and development plans
• Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition across levels, from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and hiring strategy
• Conduct screenings, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, confirmation, exits)
• Address employee relations and grievance matters effectively
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance
• Maintain HR data, documentation, and HRIS records
• Share HR reports and insights with management to support decision‑making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in consulting, IT, or professional services organizations
• Proven ability to independently handle Performance Appraisals and Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and HR best practices
