Summary:
The Senior Manager – Human Resources and Administration is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving Enhancor's people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring seamless Human Resources and Administration operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to design and implement effective Human Resources frameworks while remaining closely connected to daily operations, employee engagement, and organisational goals.
The role oversees the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance, training & development, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Human Resources Leadership
- Develop and implement Human Resources strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organisational goals and business growth objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Management and Senior Leadership on all people-related matters.
- Build and sustain a high-performance, inclusive organisational culture that drives engagement and retention.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes — from job design and sourcing strategy to selection and onboarding — to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient, process-driven hiring aligned with business timelines.
- Design and manage an internal talent pipeline and executive placement process to maximize internal mobility and leadership readiness.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to strengthen Enhancor's position as an employer of choice.
Performance Management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the performance review framework, including appraisal structures, KRA/KPI definitions, and rating methodologies.
- Partner with department heads to drive a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and goal alignment.
- Introduce and manage pay-for-performance and recognition programs linked to business outcomes.
Training & Development
- Assess organizational training needs and design learning programs that upskill employees and build leadership capability.
- Develop structured onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are productive and engaged from day one.
- Drive continuous learning initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs that reinforce company values and promote a positive workplace environment.
- Conduct stays interviews, skip-level meetings, and other feedback mechanisms to monitor organizational health.
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and termination procedures with professionalism and fairness.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs benchmarked to industry standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with government authorities and manage licensing and compliance-related filings as required.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all statutory contributions.
Human Resources Systems & Operations
- Drive adoption and optimization of Human Resources Management System platforms (e.g., Keka) to ensure accurate employee data, process automation, and reporting capability.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs across all Human Resources functions — recruitment, onboarding, performance, exit, and more.
- Ensure Human Resources operations consistently meet defined benchmarks and service levels.
Administration
Oversee general office administration including facilities management, vendor management, and supplies.
- Manage cab/transport arrangements, housekeeping coordination, and other employee support services.
- Ensure efficient execution of all administration functions supporting organizational operations.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the Human Resources and Administration budget; drive cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality of services.
- Monitor Human Resources-related expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (Full-Time) / PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent advanced degree; MSW considered.
- 7- 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing the full Human Resources cycle — recruitment, performance management, Learning and Development, employee relations, and compliance.
- Prior experience in a KPO, BPO, or shared services environment supporting international clients is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management System platforms (Keka, Darwinbox, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour law, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.), and Human Resources best practices.
