Qualifications

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead the delivery of AI-driven automation solutions, enterprise web applications, workflow management platforms, and business process transformation initiatives supporting our US-based clients.

This role will be responsible for managing multiple software development and automation projects across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Surveillance Operations, HRMS, IT Service Management, Property Accounting, and other operational functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, enterprise application implementation, and technology-focused project execution. The role requires close coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Flexibility to work in US shift is essential.
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technology and automation projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive execution of AI, automation, web application, ticketing platform, and cloud-based projects.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, deployment activities, and production releases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across client and internal teams.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Maintain project artifacts including RAID logs, change requests, decision logs, project plans, and SOPs.
• Coordinate resource planning and utilization across development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and milestone achievement.
• Support delivery of AI-based document extraction solutions, Generative AI initiatives, SharePoint-integrated workflows, AP/AR automation projects, ticketing platforms, and AWS hosted applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow optimization, and automation.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across technology and operational teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing software development, automation, cloud, or enterprise application projects.
• Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing software development, enterprise application, and business process automation projects.
• Experience working with offshore delivery models supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Claude, Python automation, AWS, API integrations and cloud-hosted applications is highly desirable.
• Experience in KPO, BPO, Shared Services, Real Estate Services, Property Management, or Technology Services environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and project governance skills.
