Job summary

Luminous India is seeking a quality assurance professional in Haridwar to drive daily quality performance reviews, weekly KPI assessments, and monthly action planning. The role focuses on continuous improvement through Kaizen, PFMEA, and 8D/DMAIC problem solving, while mentoring teams and ensuring strict adherence to control plans and audits across plants.

The candidate will oversee digitalization and automation initiatives, implement Poka Yokes, and collaborate with customer teams to sustain

Responsibilities

• Review of Quality performance through Dashboard Meetings on daily basis.
• Review of KPI’s through Weekly reviews.
• Review of KPI’s and driving action plan through Monthly reviews.
• Monitor and Review of Improvement projects on Customer Satisfaction.
• Review and monitoring of Digitalization projects / Automation projects
• Establishing Poka Yokes to ensure Built in Quality.
• Monitoring Cost of Quality & Driving Scrap reduction initiatives.
• Establishing Non defective conditions in manufacturing process.
• Ensuring Control Plan adherence and driving actions.
• AQI/FQI Audit review and driving counter measures.
• Review of Poka Yoke functional matrix.
• Review of EOL Data and Driving counter measures.
• Review of Process / Product Audit and NC closure with effectiveness.
• Driving Quality Circle & Kaizen for continuous improvement.
• Standardization of Documents across all the plants
• Mentor leaders in deciding counter measure for PDI concerns, Internal quality defects
• Ensuring the Adherence of Dock Audits
• Review of SPC for special characteristics.
• Driving the PFMEA reviews.
• Horizontal deployment of machine improvements / Sharing the best practices.
• Build good relationship with Customer base across all levels.
• Mentoring the Team in case of Customer complaints.
• Ensuring on time submission of Counter measures.
• Review of Counter measures & effectiveness check.
• Problem solving methodology through 8D /A3 /DMAIC approach.
• Standardization / Horizontal Deployment of actions across all plants.
• Driving 4M Changes for ECN etc.,
• Analysis of market warranty claim /Internal quality concerns by Quality Circle Approach.
• Driving requirement of ISO 9001: 2015 / ISO14001 / IS045001
