Job summary

AP Management Consultants in Indore region seeks a Quality Assurance specialist to implement QA systems across incoming, in-process, and outgoing products. You will maintain QA lab procedures, coordinate audits, manage CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement using TQM tools.

Experience with ISO standards, safety policy, and training initiatives is essential to ensure compliance and enhance product quality. This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and proactive quality control.

Qualifications

• Maintain QA lab procedures with traceability to National/International standards as applicable.
• Implement QA management systems to ensure products meet customer specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with external and internal agencies for audits and certifications.
• Implement IMS comprising ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA8000, ISO 22000, ISO 50001 and BRC.
• Coordinate resolution of customer complaints by analysing reasons, interacting with customers and visiting customers if required.
• Effective implementation of CAPAs and reduction in complaint response time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan technically justified dispatches to avoid customer complaints/claims related to quality.
• Guide team to use TQM tools for improving team performance.
• Identify and arrange training, develop skill matrix to upgrade capabilities and make employees multi- skilled.
• Plan in-house and external training for subordinate capability development.
• Follow applicable statutory requirements, BSC Five Star OHS and latest Process Safety Audit requirements.
• Ensure implementation of SHE Policy and MAPP within the department.
• Regularly attend Health & Safety Committee meetings.
