Job description

Heads

• Manpower Development: To design the system & contents for TQM
• Education to all employees of AIS — Lateral hires, GET & FTE
• To conduct training on the different topics at different locations. No. of trainings delivered.
• To arrange training from the external agency for the employees as per requirement. Schedule vs. actual – Nos. of training.

TQM Promotional Activities

• Create & update the TQM knowledge portal. Updated website.
• Organize the employee involvement & motivational activities like PDCA, QCC, KAIZEN competition. Internal competition as per plan.
• Conduct TQM audit of all the plants. Improvement in TQM Score.

Overall Involvement

• To identify the PDCA and Deep Analysis in all Plants of AIS. No. of PDCA identified.
• Timely review of PDCA / Deep analysis and guidance to team in each Plant. No. of PDCA completed.
• Promote the culture of QCC in the AIS. No. of QCC across the group.
• Establish & Strengthen the Daily Work Management practices in all plants.
• To identify the MPS (Maruti Production System) projects at Bawal Plant. No. of MPS projects identified.

Coordination

• To coordinate the visits of our TQM consultant as per plan. Plan vs. actual.
• To coordinate the MPS related activities at Bawal Plant. Updation of activities.
• To carry out Weekly / Monthly TQM review as per schedule. Schedule/Actual.
• To arrange Half yearly TQM Steering Committee review. Plan/actual.

Establishment of new practices

• Introduction and establishment of Six Sigma practices. Schedule vs. actual.

Implementation of new initiatives

• As directed by our TQM consultant as per plan. Plan vs. actual.
• As directed by Top Management as per plan. Plan vs. actual.

Identification & Implementation of best practices

• Identification & Implementation of best practices in the companies.

Safety

• To Follow SOP's for safety. Safety audit score/calendar.
