Job summary

D-tech Management Resource seeks a QA/Quality Assurance professional to implement and maintain IMS and QMS, train staff on QC tools, and lead audits across multiple units.

The role covers PPAP documentation, CAPA, Lean projects, and liaison with customers to ensure product quality and process improvements. Strong auditing credentials and TPM/QMS expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Certified lead auditor ISO9001:2000 with internal audit experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Experience in TS 16949/EMS 14001/OHSAH 18001 audits.

Responsibilities

• Implement and document IMS and QMS across the organization.
• Train employees on tools like 7 QC tools, SPC, TPM.
• Prepare PPAP documentation and conduct internal quality audits.
• Lead management reviews and close non-conformities.
• Maintain document control and promote customer requirement awareness.
• Drive Lean manufacturing projects and CAPA with customers.

Job Description :-

• Implementation & Documentation of IMS
• Provide the training of company employee ( 7 QC tools, SPC,TPM, Implementation of QMS,5s, etc)
• Documentation of PPAP
• Monitoring & updations of FMEA
• Ensuring that processes needed for quality management system are established implemented & maintained.
• Conducting management review meetings & verifying the actions decided in the meeting.
• Conducting internal quality audits & preparing the summary of audit for presenting management review meeting & closure of non-conformities after verifying them
• Controlling of documents I.e., their approval issue & also controlling any amendments in existing documents or needs for any new documents.
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
• Working on Lean Manufacturing Projects
• To attend meeting with customer for quality improvement & CAPA
• Liaison with external parties on matters related to the quality management system.
• To preparation of MIS reports
• Conducting management review meetings & verifying the actions decided in the meeting.
• Working on one SHANIN Project to increase the production
• Preparing the PPAP Documents

Advise on all Safety in all Studes, Check & Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Action taken to prevent Accident, Carry out plant Safety Inspection

TPM /Quality System :-

• Provide the training of company employee (TPM, Implementation of QMS,5s, etc)
• Conducting management review meetings & verifying the actions decided in the meeting.
• Preparation of TPM Excellence awards
• Implementation Documentation & Maintaining the QMS Documentation at Corporate level
• Conducting TPM & QMS audits & preparing the summary of audit for presenting management review meeting & closure of non-conformities after verifying them Through out all Manufacturing Units
• Advise on all Safety in all Studes, Check & Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Action taken to prevent Accident, Carry out plant Safety Inspection
• Coordination with suppliers for resolving complaints so as to improve internal customer satisfaction levels.
• Entrusted with the responsibility to handle all aspects of Quality system activity
• Develops and provides quality related training including .TPM ,TQM ISO9001:2000 awareness, internal auditor training, 5S, Kaizen and others as may be required

Total Quality Management :-

• Conducting feasibility studies and preparing necessary procedures, guidelines for implementing TQM (Total Quality Management) projects in the organisation.
• Leading the implementation of TQM guidelines with a view to enhancing efficiency levels and effectiveness.
• Working towards cost reduction through better work method adoption, total quality approach,
