Job summary

You will perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive reliability improvements across production lines. Candidate will plan maintenance schedules, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate with production, quality, and external service engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.
• Experience in maintaining maintenance records and spare parts inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Support 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor machine performance and maintenance KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and maintenance procedures.
