Job summary

TRINITY TOUCH PVT LTD is seeking a Vice President – Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across domestic and international markets. The role focuses on operational excellence, cost efficiency, and supply chain agility to drive business growth.

The candidate will shape strategy, oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory management, and drive digitization, ERP/WMS/TMS adoption, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 18–25 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership experience in handling large-scale logistics operations.
  • Strong exposure to domestic and international logistics (including exports).
  • Strategic thinking and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in supply chain optimization.
  • Negotiation and vendor management.
  • Leadership and team-building capability.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead logistics transformation initiatives including digitization and automation.
  • Establish scalable logistics frameworks to support domestic and export growth.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products across domestic and international markets.
  • Optimize distribution networks to enhance efficiency and reduce lead time.
  • Drive best practices in warehouse operations, layout optimization, and material handling.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.
  • Implement robust inventory control systems and periodic audits.
  • Identify opportunities for logistics cost reduction without compromising service quality.
  • Negotiate with logistics service providers, transporters, and vendors.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs such as freight cost, delivery timelines, and fill rates.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, import/export laws, and safety standards.
  • Manage risks related to transportation, storage, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
  • Build strong relationships with external logistics partners and vendors.
  • Drive adoption of ERP/WMS/TMS systems for enhanced visibility and control.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making and analytics in logistics operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
