Key Responsibilities

Logistics Planning & Execution

• Plan and oversee the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure on-time delivery.

• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and warehouses.

• Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with demand forecasts.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to minimize damage and losses.

• Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.

• Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery records.

Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, cost per unit, and transportation efficiency.

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications
